    Tobee® TJ High Efficient Slurry Pump is a new generation of centrifugal slurry pumps based on modern hydromechanics and mechanics theories, TJ series slurry pumps are designed for heavy duty high head applications like ash removal in power plants, coal, Filter press feed and mining tailing etc, oil lubrication with water-cooling design makes the bearings always working at  lower  temperature, direct connected drive are always optional by trimming impeller to appropriate diameter and to get performance just in need, save the cost for variable-frequency motor. Specially designed liners and impellers structure help pump get higher efficiency and high head. 


    Design Features:


    √ CAD modern design, super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and lower abrasion rate.

    √ Wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH.

    √ Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal have been adopted to guarantee the slurry from leakage.

    √ Reliability design ensures long MTBF(mean time between events).

    √ The metric bearing with oil lubrication, reasonable lubricating and cooling systems ensure the bearing to be operated under low temperature.

    √ The materials of wet parts have good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion.

    √ The pump can be used for seawater ash removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist, and electrochemical corrosion.

    √ The pump can be operated in series with multi-stage within permissible pressure.

    Tobee® TJ High Efficient Slurry Pumps Applications:


    Ash Removal

    Featured with high efficiency and high head, hard metal wet parts, plus the usage of oil lubrication bearing assembly, ensures the pump could running continuously without stop in ash removal in power plants.

    Coal Washing

    High head performance could meet the needs of feeding process to filter press, allows the SPL pumps are widely used in coal washing applications.

    Mineral Processing

    The rigid structure design and usage of wear-resistance hard metals, combined with low running speed, allows SPL slurry pumps could be used in long distance tailing transportation.

    FGD System

    Special materials are adopted to resist the abrasion and corrosion from the gas of power generation.

    Building Material

    The usage of versatile wear/corrosion resistance materials allow the pump could be used in this field to pump corrosive and sticky fluids.

    Metallurgy

    Specially designed oil lubrication and cooling system ensures the bearings to run at low temperature while delivering high temperature media in steel slag transportation.

    Filter Feeding

    Passage of wet part were designed to have the feature that head drops quickly when flow rate increases, by the rule of power consumption: the power is directly proportional to the product of the flow rate and head, and the curves are nearly reverse 45 degree, this means, the power won’t change much when flow rate or head change, this characteristic especially applies to filter-press feeding applications in coal preparation plants, where the flow rate need to be substantial under lower head, and minor flow rate at high head.
